5.1 Project Scope & Deliverables

6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing & Billing

- Gaming center sessions are charged per hour or package rates
- Software development projects may require milestone-based payments
- All prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise specified
6.2 Payment Processing
- Payments can be made via cash, mobile money, or bank transfer
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in service agreements
7. Limitation of Liability
MUX Technologies provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
