4.2 Tournament Participation

• Tournament rules and regulations will be provided separately
• Prizes and awards are subject to tournament-specific terms
• Participants must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike conduct

5. Software Development Terms

5.1 Project Scope & Deliverables

• Project specifications will be defined in separate project agreements
• Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments
• Client approval is required at specified project milestones

5.2 Intellectual Property

• Custom developed software ownership will be transferred upon full payment
• MUX retains rights to proprietary frameworks and development methodologies
• Third-party licenses and components remain subject to their respective terms

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing & Billing

• Service fees will be clearly communicated before service commencement
• Gaming center sessions are charged per hour or package rates
• Software development projects may require milestone-based payments
• All prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise specified

6.2 Payment Processing

• Payments can be made via cash, mobile money, or bank transfer
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in service agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

MUX Technologies provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
